The purpose of the CEC is to gather input from those who use the crisis systems (aka “the
community”) and provide that feedback to the Crisis Response Network (CRN) Planning
Committee to be used in the design of the system that provides services to those in mental health or substance-use crises. The CEC also offers feedback on any large proposals within the CRN, providing a mechanism to include community voices in system design and policy design.
